Paying for your items
matntats uses PayPal, an online secure payment system. When you place your order you will be directed to the PayPal secure server, their software encrypts all your personal information – including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website and no-one sees your credit card number not even us!

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. In the case of a change of price, specification or delivery date, we will endeavour to contact you first to ensure that this is acceptable.

matntats reserves the right to decline any orders, refunds would be processed as applicable. Your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Delivery
matntats will endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving an order, providing full payment has been received and cleared. Please note this excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery is mainly by Royal Mail 1st Class service. Jewellery is sent by Special Delivery Next Day. Overseas parcels will be sent via airmail using the International Signed For service. Delivery Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total of your order.

You will be notified by email if, for any reason, we are unable to keep to this schedule of despatching your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will email you with expected delivery times and asking if you would rather wait, take a substitute for the item or cancel the order.

Tax Charges
We are not VAT registered at present.

Overseas parcels may be liable for local taxes and/or import duty charges which are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

Returns
matntats carefully inspects its stock before it is dispatched to ensure maximum quality control. However if something is wrong we do operate a simple returns policy:

We offer a no-quibble 7 day money back guarantee.
If any item is not quite up to standards or what you required then just notify us by email or telephone (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. Once returned we will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.
* Please note when refunding, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.
* No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygienic reasons.
* Please ensure you notify us first before any items are returned.
* All items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent including gift boxes, receipts/invoices must also be returned to provide proof of purchase.

Disclaimer
Should there be an error in the description or price of goods on the website, matntats reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. You will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed. Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud on the internet matntats reserve the right to decline any order.

matntats has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. Most products will have been described with sizes, lengths and colour options where applicable. However, please be aware that colours and images vary slightly due to the photo’s and also the monitor they are viewed on.

Please Note - To emphasize the detail on our products some are shown larger than the actual size.

If you are not satisfied with any item sent, please notify us immediately and use our returns policy.
